A Journey into the Heart of Olive Oil
We traveled aboard a special train filled with the flavor of olive oil, taking us to the heart of Umbria for Italy's largest olive oil festival: Frantoi Aperti®.
For a whole month, we celebrated in cities of art, medieval villages, and towns, welcoming the new oil, an element deeply rooted in the roots of this land. It was a magical season, when the olive groves filled with olive trees for the harvest and the olive oil mills became welcoming spaces, with fires always burning; places of meeting and sharing, where we tasted freshly pressed olive oil, pure olive juice.
In collaboration with Frantoi Aperti in Umbria® 2025, from October 19th to November 16th, we created a unique experience to discover the secrets of this green gold.

Our trip wasn't just a simple commute, but a true sensory journey that celebrated the culture and flavors of this extraordinary region.
