Lost luggage

If you have lost a piece of luggage or an object on board one of our trains, write to info@fstrenituristici.it. We will carry out an accurate search and give you timely feedback on the outcome.

Rimborsi e indennizzi

If you intend to cancel your trip, check whether the type of ticket you purchased allows for a refund and review any request methods by consulting our General Conditions of Carriage.

In case of a request for reimbursement due to an act attributable to FS Treni Turistici Italiani or by order of the public authority, or to send a request for compensation, fill in (in Italian or English) the appropriate form on the website here and send it via one of the following options:

  • With PEC: marketingvendite@cert.fstrenituristici.it

  • Via Ordinary or Registered Mail with Return Receipt to our registered office (Piazza della Croce Rossa n. 1 – 00161 Rome) to the attention of our Customer Care

For refund requests for delays of 60 minutes or more, it is also possible to use the common European form downloadable from the official website of the European Union.
