Lost luggage

If you have lost a piece of luggage or an object on board one of our trains, write to info@fstrenituristici.it. We will carry out an accurate search and give you timely feedback on the outcome.

Rimborsi e indennizzi

If you intend to cancel your trip, check whether the type of ticket you purchased allows for a refund and review any request methods by consulting our General Conditions of Carriage.

In case of a request for reimbursement due to an act attributable to FS Treni Turistici Italiani or by order of the public authority, or to send a request for compensation, fill in (in Italian or English) the appropriate form on the website here and send it via one of the following options:

  • Via Ordinary or Registered Mail with Return Receipt to our registered office (Piazza della Croce Rossa n. 1 – 00161 Rome) to the attention of our Customer Care
