Your trip between Rome and the Grande Riviera

Starting from July 4, every Friday, the FS Treni Turistici Italiani train offered a slow, scenic and comfortable travel experience towards the gems of the Mediterranean, successfully ending its season on August 31.

Passengers were able to travel in maximum comfort, thanks to the sleeping cars and couchette carriages during the night. In the morning, starting from Genoa, the train transformed into a daytime service with exclusive private lounges, First and Second Class, allowing them to enjoy the spectacle of the Ligurian Sea and the French Riviera up to Marseille.

The return journey was scheduled every Saturday from Marseille, with arrival in Rome on Sunday morning. It was a unique international journey and a great success, from Rome to France and Monte Carlo, designed for those who want to travel with style.

With the great success of this season, anticipation for next year is already high. Stay tuned to find out about the new programs and the return of the Espresso Riviera in 2026!
